🔹 Spearhead design initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
🔹 Provide strategic design leadership, driving the vision, direction, and priorities for the design team, and advocating for user-centered design principles within the organization
🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, brainstorm solutions, and ensure seamless integration of design with product development
🔹 Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
🔹 Champion UI/UX design excellence, establishing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across products and platforms
🔹 Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality design work
🔹 Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and customers, to understand their needs and priorities, gather feedback, and advocate for user-centric design solutions
🔹 Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies, seeking opportunities to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of design deliverables
🔹 Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the design team and the broader organization
🔹 At least 5 years of experience in product design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proven expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
🔹 Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
🔹 Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, WebFlow with a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
🔹 Strong empathy for users and a user-centric design mindset, with experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions
🔹 Proven ability to solve complex design problems creatively, with a focus on delivering intuitive, elegant, and delightful user experiences
🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas, present concepts to stakeholders, and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs
🔹 Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality design work that meets both user needs and business objectives
